Elliot Tam

Born and raised in San Francisco, Elliot observed the dynamics across schools and neighborhoods in an urban city. He began learning and contributing toward the mission of equitable access to education through Aim High, a non-profit summer program for middle schoolers. With over a decade of involvement in this program, Elliot continues to care deeply about creating pathways for all people to attain a quality education.

Elliot shared his interest in math as a teacher at Aim High and is now translating that experience into his role as the Data Associate. His quantitative mind has always enjoyed working with numbers and helping other people understand them.

Elliot earned his BS in Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound and AS from the College of San Mateo. Prior to working with TPS, he was involved in the operations of a global marketing agency, a data startup, and Camp Jones Gulch in La Honda, CA.
