Community Services in the East Bay
Provides family support services, workforce development, housing assistance, financial empowerment, and community programs for Alameda County residents.
A free information and referral service that connects families to housing, food, healthcare, legal assistance, childcare, and other community resources.
Supports families of children with disabilities or special healthcare needs by providing information, advocacy, education, and connections to community resources.
Coordinates services and provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families from infancy through adulthood.
Offers parenting support, case management, food assistance, housing resources, mental health referrals, and other family services for the San Lorenzo community.
Connects families to child care, early learning programs, parenting resources, and family support services throughout Alameda County, specifically in the tri-valley area.
Helps families find quality child care, understand child care options, and access financial assistance for child care in the south and east of Alameda County
Assists families with finding child care, paying for child care, and accessing parenting and early childhood resources in northern Alameda county.
Provides financial assistance to help low-income families access private school education for their children.
Connects families to healthcare, behavioral health services, nutrition programs, insurance enrollment, and community resource referrals.
Helps individuals and families access free groceries and connects them with local food distribution sites.
Connects children, youth, and families to mental health and behavioral health services.
