A Decade of Integrated Support for Children and Families
We partnered with the Stanford Center on Early Childhood's (SCEC) Continuous Improvement Rapid Cycle Learning and Evaluation (CIRCLE) team to capture what we built, what we tried, and what we learned. Together, our qualitative and quantitative data paint a picture of our success and our challenges.

We have partnered with Transcend to develop a set of Resource Toolkits that helps make our programming accessible to schools, districts, and education providers across the country. We hope future advocates and innovators can continue building on our work!
