Important Information for East Palo Alto Families

The Primary School has closed, and staff will not be available to support with student or family requests. Please review the information below to find the appropriate resource for your needs. Thank you for being part of our school community!

Student Records and Cumulative Files

Your student’s records will be available online until June 30th, 2027. You can access them through the secure link sent to your email. If you are having trouble accessing your student’s records, please verify that the email you are using is the one you signed up with initially.

Records and Cumulative Files have also been transferred to the school your student enrolled in after leaving TPS. You may request a copy directly from your student’s current school.

Special Education Records

Special Education records have also been transferred to your child’s current school, and you can ask them for a copy of those records. For ease, we have put together a list of Special Education contacts (as of Summer 2026) at local schools and districts here.
