Natasha Hall-Sevilla

Natasha’s initial experience working with families came at a young age while being inspired by her mother’s example of teaching children and supporting families in the family childcare home. As such, for the past 20 years, Natasha has been joyfully committed to encouraging and celebrating the strengths of children and families in early childhood education and through social services. Natasha fostered a love of learning for children as a Preschool Assistant Teacher and Teacher for both private preschool and Head Start; supported families to thrive through adversity as a Family Services Specialist in a home-based setting; and advocated for the reunification of children with families and permanency for foster children as a Child Protective Services Social Worker. It is there that Natasha learned the importance of providing trauma-informed services to children and families and recognized the resilience that families have.

In the past five-and-a-half years, Natasha progressed in her roles from training and coaching teachers in strategies for  best practice in early childhood instruction as a Mentor Coach to an Assistant Program Manager, providing management and data analysis of Educational Programming, School Readiness, Curriculum, Quality Teacher Interactions, and Coaching for Head Start Preschool.

With the inspiration of her 5th grade teacher about the importance of education, Natasha, the first in her family to graduate high school, went on to earn an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and a Master’s Degree in Education.

Natasha is excited to serve children and families at The Primary School!
