Bill Freshour

Bill is the Controller for The Primary School. Bill is originally from the Philippines and grew up in Florence, Alabama. He moved to California and earned an Associates in Accounting from Chabot College and later earned his BA in Economics from Cal State East Bay.

His professional career started out in public accounting, working in tax, audit, and consulting. Bill has spent the last 6 years working with various types of nonprofits. Where he found his calling and has been consulting education non-profits around the Bay Area.   

Bill was inspired to join The Primary School because of his passion and commitment to help and create an equal opportunity for underserved communities.

Bill enjoys basketball, hiking, and snowboarding. His other interests include music production, djing, and fitness. He also volunteers at various non profits around the bay area like the Gray Area and South Hayward Parish.
